# Reserve Attestations

Attestations will be provided by [NAV Consulting](https://www.navconsulting.net/?goac=mxp_usa_nal_goa__sea_NAV-branded_EMPM\&gclid=CjwKCAjwyNSoBhA9EiwA5aYlb85nV-uiJlP7KvvOxDRMajzB5I8qcj4fNY63XVyv4p6lwofx7S5fxRoC4C0QAvD_BwE) and provide users with a granular and accurate picture of the reserves that back USDLR, including:

* Cash at regulated, FDIC-insured banks through [BitGo](https://www.bitgo.com/).
* USDC custodied by [BitGo](https://www.bitgo.com/).
* U.S. Treasury Bills and other yield-generating assets custodied by [Zerocap](https://zerocap.com/), held in various clearing exchanges such as the [DTCC](https://www.dtcc.com/) and [Euroclear](https://www.euroclear.com/en.html).
* Funds that are pending transfer between accounts.
